Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Chronic gastritis treatment consists of diet changes, use of PPIs and sucralfate as in your case.
The decision on how long to continue the treatment depends on the endoscopic findings and physical examination of the patient.

You are saying the endoscopy found nothing. This makes me thing that there is no inflammation on your stomach wall (no sign for gastritis). However, if you could send the full endoscopy report to me, it could help me understand your current situation better.

If you are still having stomach discomfort and taking time for digestion, then, other diagnostic tests are recommended including:
- liver/pancreas function test
- stool examination and culture testing (to rule out parasites and candida overgrowth)
- abdominal ultrasound

Hope this answered your query.
